4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed in the store are in the chosen currency (USD/EUR/PLN). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and selected localized payment systems. We do not store sensitive payment card details on our servers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times depend on the destination country:
- Domestic (Poland): 2–4 business days.
- European Union: 4–8 business days.
- International: 7–14 business days.
Standard shipping fees are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you finalize payment.
6. Returns & Refunds (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with consumer rights legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel without giving any reason.

- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 14 days of inspecting the returned goods.
7. Complaints & Guarantee
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
